Alliance Memorandum of Understanding

The Alliance Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) exists for like-minded clubs to affirm their commitment to the shared values of freedom, independence, solidarity, and brotherhood among like-minded law-abiding motorcycle clubs.

By signing the MOU a member club agrees to abide by and uphold our code of conduct as outlined in the Alliance bylaws.

Background

The Alliance operates on the principle that all law-abiding clubs share and assert common freedoms including the right to form, operate, and express themselves with their own logos and identities. Law-abiding clubs are beholden to no-one outside those with proper authority in a free society.

Networking

Mou signers agree to share network information which may serve as intelligence for the protection of Alliance clubs security interests. Our networking capabilities may also allow members to provide hospitality and support to each other throughout our network.

Law Abiding Organizations Only

All Alliance MOU signers certify that they are a law-abiding organization and in no way affiliated or associated with any 1%clubs, 1% support clubs or any organization whose core values or practices and behavioral standards run contrary to the law-abiding policies of The Alliance Code of Conduct as outlined in the Alliance bylaws.

The Alliance Patch

Alliance members are not required to wear the official Alliance patch but are encouraged to do so. Alliance clubs who wear the patch will be granted permission to create a page for their club on The Alliance website. Alliance member clubs agree that The Alliance is the sole distributor of the patch and no outside distributors are authorized.

Duration

This MOU is at will and may be terminated by either party. By providing your name and club information you are acknowledging your agreement with the terms of this MOU and are stating that you are interested in becoming an ally with The International Alliance of Law-Abiding Motorcycle Clubs.
